Now, were reinventing cheesecake again with our PC* Chocolate Northern Spanish-Style Basque Cheesecake. I just as indulgent as our first-born Basque, only loaded with chocolate. it had to be perfect. Not too sweet, not too bitter. At last, we landed on a blend of two types of cocoa for a rich, dark chocolatey taste.
