Chicken Tikka Skewers with Spicy Cilantro Chutney PREP: COOK TIME: SERVES: 20 mins 20 mins 6 Ingredients Chicken Marinade 1 cup Farm Boy""* Organic Probiotic Yogurt 6 cloves garlic, peeled and minced 3 Tbsp peeled and minced ginger 2 tsp Farm Boy" Garam Masala 2 tsp Farm Boy" Organic Turmeric 2 tsp Farm Boy" Ground Cumin 42 tsp Farm Boy" Chili Powder 1 tsp Farm Boy" Paprika 1Ltsp salt 1200 g boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1 72” pieces wooden skewers Cilantro Chutney 1 bunch fresh cilantro, leaves and stems, roughly chopped 4 green onions, coarsley chopped 2-3 green chiles, coarsley chopped, or more to taste 1 Tbsp peeled and chopped ginger 44 cup fresh lime juice, or more to taste 1 tsp Farm Boy" Ground Cumin salt to taste 32 tsp Farm Boy” Honey, or more to taste 2-4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil cilantro leaves for garnish. Farm Boy* Naan to serve Farm Boy" Tzatziki to serve lime wedges to serve ne ORAN Directions In medium bowl or zipper bag, combine Organic Probiotic Yogurt, garlic, ginger, Garam Masala, Organic Turmeric, Ground Cumin, Chili Powder, Paprika, and salt. Mix well and then add the chicken cubes. Toss to make sure chicken is coated well and then cover or close bag and place in the fridge to marinate at least 4 hours but best if overnight. N When ready to cook, soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes. Remove chicken from fridge and place on skewers. w Preheat grill to a temperature of 400°F. Clean and grease grill grates. » Place skewers on grates and cook over direct heat, turning every three minutes, until internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F. Total cooking time will be 10-12 minutes. u Remove from grill and place on a wooden board. Let rest 5 minutes, garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with cilantro chutney, Farm Boy'" Naan and Farm Boy" Tzatziki. ao To make cilantro chutney, place cilantro, green onion, chilies, ginger, lime juice, Ground Cumin, salt, Honey and olive oil in blender container and blend until smooth.
